Responsible for IPQA cleanroom monitoring, batch production record (BMR/BPR) audits, deviation investigations, and CAPA compliance.
QC Analyst (HPLC & Instrumental Specialist)
Perform raw material testing, finished product assay using HPLC (Waters 2695 Alliance), UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and stability chamber testing.
Production Officer (Tablets & Capsules)
Supervise 27-station rotary compression, automatic capsule filling, and high-speed Alu-Alu blister packaging lines.
Microbiologist (Sterility & LAF Officer)
Conduct microbial limit testing, environmental non-viable particle monitoring, LAF air testing, and purified water microbial counts.
Plant Maintenance & Utilities Engineer
